Cancellation or Pausing The Service
If you wish to cancel or pause your weekly meal service you must notify Doggy Dinners by email or phone by the Thursday 12pm before the next delivery. Doggy Dinners will acknowledge the request and ensure no further payments are made. If you do not notify Doggy Dinners within this timeframe they hold the right to charge you for an additional week at the cost of the exit meal plan. Pausing payment- please let us know if you wish to pause payment if you’re going away or if wish to get 2-3 weeks of meals so your pooch(es) doesn’t miss out contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org

Eskie’s will be re-collected 7 days after your delivery. If the esky and/or eskies are not left out or returned you will be debited the cost of the non returned eskies at the end of each month at a cost of $10 per esky.
First Free Transition Week
When you place your order of doggydinners you have the option to select the following-
‘As some dog’s have to transition between diets, we offer a Free Transition Week to make sure you dog adjusts perfectly to our scrumptious meals.

If you select the above option you will be debited your second week of meals on the same day you place the order online. This second week will be delivered 1 week after the first free transition period. If you feel the transition week did not do well with your dog then you must be in contact with doggydinners via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel and receive and refund for you second full week of meals. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery day.
Once recurring payments are set up online the weekly debit will start from the day. If your payment is declined or able to be processed doggydinners will inform you via email of payment overdue. If you do not get in contact with doggydinners via email on email@example.com or mobile 0429014223 then the credit card on file will be debited until overdue payments are complete and all future deliveries will be cancelled and non returned eskies will be debited to the card on file.
It is the clients responsibility to contact doggydinners via firstname.lastname@example.org or mobile 0429014223 if you card details have changed for recurring payments.
