All requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made by contacting Doggy Dinners by phone or email. Doggy Dinners will happily provide a refund for any product that was spoilt, in this instance please retain the product for examination.
Doggy Dinners schedules deliveries on Sunday. Delivery days are subject to temporary change during special events and on public holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you an exact time for your delivery; your order can be delivered at any time on your scheduled delivery day. The food is delivered in a cardboard box or eski (if requested) and the food will be delivered cold so it can be left in a shaded spot for up to 2 hours max. It is your responsibility to refrigerate or freeze the food within this period to ensure the food does not spoil. If unable to be home on the delivery day you can specify a secure area where you would like the box left prior to order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
